No one wants to spend mega money on sewer issues, but if you have to spend that kind of money doing what has to be the most unglamorous home repair ever, you need to get the crew I had from Mr. Rooter. All of the crew, Randall, Will (who has the patience of Job!), Mark, Frank (and there may have been a Joe), were great, but I want to send special thanks and praise to Brett. He went way over and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. He kept me updated on the progress and was very accommodating of my personal/work schedule.
The price was fair for the extent of the work. So far, everything from the outside sewer line and throughout the house is working fine. The work they had to do caused a very messy work site and lots of dirt and debris, but despite a lovely snowfall mid-job, Brett and his team left a clean work site - inside and out - and were very careful of my property and patient with all of my questions/concerns.
There is no "fun factor" to a plumbing issue this big, but I am grateful for the professionalism, patience and competence of the team from Mr. Rooter who solved my issue.
