No one wants to spend mega money on sewer issues, but if you have to spend that kind of money doing what has to be the most unglamorous home repair ever, you need to get the crew I had from Mr. Rooter. All of the crew, Randall, Will (who has the patience of Job!), Mark, Frank (and there may have been a Joe), were great, but I want to send special thanks and praise to Brett. He went way over and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. He kept me updated on the progress and was very accommodating of my personal/work schedule. The price was fair for the extent of the work. So far, everything from the outside sewer line and throughout the house is working fine. The work they had to do caused a very messy work site and lots of dirt and debris, but despite a lovely snowfall mid-job, Brett and his team left a clean work site - inside and out - and were very careful of my property and patient with all of my questions/concerns. There is no "fun factor" to a plumbing issue this big, but I am grateful for the professionalism, patience and competence of the team from Mr. Rooter who solved my issue. more

We had some blocked sewer lines at out manufacturing facility. We called Mr. Rooter late in the day. They scheduled a man to be at our facility at 8am the following morning. Randall was the technician who came out, he performed the needed work, solved the problem, cleaned up and left. Very efficient, very professional, very impressed. more

When I called Mr. Rooter, I didn't realize they were 60 miles away. Nonetheless, Micah showed up right on time (we received the "he's on the way" call at 7:30 am). Micah was very courteous And not only did he have slip-on shoe covers, but he even had covers on the wheels of his equipment! And he put a mat down in front of our sink. My wife was very pleased. Micah told us immediately how much it would cost to fix our clogged sink drain--I had plunged and used Draino the day before his visit. We agreed to go forward with the snaking, and Micah was able to unclog the drain pipe within 10-15 minutes. While he was working Micah joined me for a quick cup of coffee. We are very pleased with the outcome. more
