Dan inspected our new residence and found more than three important issues to discuss with the seller before closing. His detailed descriptions, photos and tips helped us negotiate a fair price on the property, and to understand the maintenance needs we would need to schedule. So many times, when you purchase a new property, you really don't get the benefit of user manuals for things like the stove, fireplace, window treatments, etc. Dan is an encyclopedia of these items and their maintenance histories, recalls, etc and can point out potential problems long before they happen. We loved the fact that he left us with a binder with photos so we could easily review his comments as needed in the future.
