I've been going to Tom's Floor Store for six years and I always recommend them to friends and family. With my most recent experience, there was a slight problem but they corrected it. I had them put carpet in my basement and they did a really great job, but afterwards they gave me the bill and it was a little higher than the quote they gave me. I called Tom and he was very understanding and told me that a quote is a quote and he would change the bill to reflect this. The girl at the front desk apologized and was very nice about it, they always go the extra mile with customer service. If you go to Tom's Floor Store, you will be treated fairly and receive a high quality product.
