During Charlotte's first snow storm of the year, our hot water heater decided to give out and it was on a Saturday, too. Our Ben Franklin technician came to the house, did an honest assessment and then scrambled to find the part he needed. Unfortunately, the supply houses were closed for the day during the storm. He promised to come back on Monday after his morning job which was already scheduled. Well, we found out on Monday afternoon he had to call four different suppliers to find the burner we needed and they had only one left. He asked them to hold it for him and ran right over to get, installing it for us later that afternoon. He did offer to replace the water heater that day on Saturday with a couple of different price point options, but we decided we could wait until the part could be procured. We found the tech to be honest and he did a great job for us. They were the fourth company we called in the storm and the first to respond and send a technician out. We would definitely use Ben Franklin plumbing again.
