Review content:
Always get very good service from my technician Joe. He is polite, thorough, leaves everything neat and clean, and explains repairs and status of burner. I have to take time off from work for the annual maintenance visit which was cancelled once and then delayed several hours after it was rescheduled resulting in lost income and having to get my husband to come home to cover when I had to leave for work. I understand emergencies when people have no heat but had to wait a few weeks to get the 1st appointment and 3 weeks more to get another appointment. We were having a problem with the burner (filling buckets of water every few days) but I didn't consider it an emergency compared to customers with no heat, but disappointed in the multiple delays.
