Southern Eye Care has a fabulous staff which includes the office assistants and Dr. John Dragon.
I have been to numerous physicians regarding my eyes and had cataract surgery at a large, well known practice in Norfolk. But it became a huge hassle to go there for follow-up care, with 2-3 hour waits being the norm and about 5 minutes with the MD. Not so with Dr. Dragon, he comes in shortly after his staff take the initial measurements and spends time explaining everything thoroughly. I took my 85 year old father in at the same time and he did the same with him and we were out of the office within 1.5 hours for the two appointments. Very pleased with the care!
