In my neighborhood, in the past year, there's been a lot of houses that have put roofing on. Dynasty Building Solutions are the only company that sent a representative around, offering a free roof inspection. They were very helpful with contacting my insurance company and acting as a broker for my insurance company to get a claim for my roof. They really went out of their way to earn my business. The other companies in my neighborhood didn't go through that. The only thing I wasn't happy about, when the salesman came out, he gave me an initial price on the roofing. When the roofers got there, they didn't have any prior communication that they had to repair wood that was bad. I had already been given a quote, but no one informed the people on the job that they were supposed to do that work. So that's the only thing I wasn't happy about. They did a good job on the roof--my roof turned out wonderful in the end, I'm very happy with it.
