My entire experience with Dynasty Building Solutions was not good. I had called them the day before they were to come out and do my roof just to confirm that they would be there. The guy said they would have called me if they were not coming. So, I took the day off work. Well, they didn't show up and they didn't call. I got home from work 2 days later and they were at my home working on the roof. Surprise, no phone call, no explanation, or anything. Just showed up when they felt like it. They were supposed to replace the boots on my roof. They took off the old ones and before I noticed that they didn't replace them with anything, they told me they were finished, and left. When I noticed there were no boots, I called the guy from Dynasty and he came out to see what happened. Then he called one of his workers to come and put the new boots on, it was going to rain soon. His employee asked if he could do it the next day, but his boss told him it had to be done that day. Well the guy came and put the boots on, but one of them was only like a half a boot and the rain leaked into my laundry room, causing the paint on the wall to bubble and sort of warp. I called the guy from Dynasty again and he came to inspect the damage. He said he wouldn't leave things like that and they fixed the leak. Well, he did leave things like that, cause he never came back to fix the wall in the laundry room. Also, where the slanted roof meets the garage, there is metal flange that was already there before they laid the shingles. They somehow mangled it so that when the shingles were put on top of the it, the metal is sticking up now. The supervisor told me that it would eventually lay down, but it hasn't. And, if that wasn't enough, the dumpster they had brought was supposed to be picked up the day after the roof was done. It took them 3 days to pick it up. My mother had also used them to do her roof and she had the same problem with the metal flange sticking up. She has called them several times and they came out once, but didn't fix it. The metal should have been cut off, it's an eyesore. She's almost to the point where she wants to call another contractor to come and take care of the problem that Dynasty created.
