Hello Appleton Campbell, Well after 20+ years, the firebox in my old furnace was on the verge of breaking through. Billy had told me about it a couple of years earlier. I agreed to have him give me and estimate. Good estimate and I agreed to have the replacement done. Last week you sent out an amazing team of gentlemen to replace my furnace. Billy, who I’ve been workin’ with for years, set everything up, explained what was going to be done, when it was going to be done and how long. Good thing the weather was good for us because the installation needed 2 days to be completed. Not a problem. On the day of the install, I met Jason and Jon. Jason explained what they were going to happen for the 2 days. Jon, was VERY respectful, calling me Sir every time I asked a question. He did get a call and said his Dad was coming. Didn’t think much of it. A bit later his Dad, Jeff, did show up and they ARE Father and Son. Something you don’t see every day. After the first day I was amazed at the new furnace and piping. I considered it a work of art to a certain extent. Jason took a lot of pride putting this together. Guys showed up the next day and wired it up. Another work of art and a lot of pride running the wires to and from all the controls. I’ve had experience in running cables and I know that a person who does work like this wants to be proud of his work. Jeff and Jason got the new thermostats installed and explained how to use them. Billy showed up and did some checks after making sure it fired up OK. Jason and Billy went over the new items for the install, what they were and what they did. Many items were new to me. Also during the 2 days I was able to just go downstairs and have casual conversations with the guys. That was enjoyable. A few folks asked me why I didn’t get some more estimates. I told them that Appleton Campbell has gotten my assurance through the years that they would give me a fair deal and I had total trust in their work. Partly due to the items that have been added to make my older furnace run much better. These four Gents, Billy, Jason, Jeff and Jon are one $@!#% of a team and they should be VERY proud of their exemplary workmanship. Thank You Vic Moretti PS - You did not give me enough rating stars !!!
