At my townhome I lost water. Called Benjamin Franklin plumbing due to the fact they are associated with One Hour Heating & Air that I have a contract on my rental property (the townhome). They came and the first thing they checked was the water supply coming from the street. A neighborhood child had turned off my water. He turned it back on and charged me $135.00. I called to speak to the general manager and he refused my calls. Do not EVER use Benjamin Franklin because they will overcharge you and take advantage of you.
