Review content:
After reading S.M.s review I felt I should add my experience as well. While mine was not the tragedy of what S.M has shared it shows that when it comes to pet facilities this organization is not up to the high standards many of us expect when taking our pets in for services. When I moved to Sandy recently I looked for a vet more centrally located to my home and came across Willow Creek. Rather than wait for an emergency I decided to try their groomers first. Horrible! So bad! Groomer cut my dogs nails beyond the quick, causing bleeding then told me it was normal. For an amateur yes, but a professional groomer? I've never in the 3 years of owning my dog have had a problem with a true professional cutting her nails properly. Furthermore, they are distracted, unprofessional and incompetent. Lone Peak Veterinary Center in Draper is a much better facility and while they are a longer distance I've learned by my lesson and will deal with the inconvenience to have the level of care I
