I had this company come out along with several others to give me an estimate. I chose them for several reasons- their estimate was clear to understand. They told me that they would send 4 men to do my job. Everyone else said 3 even though I told them that my last move needed 4 men. They also insisted on packing my mirrors. The other movers didnt. They said they would just stick them between my mattress?? \r

It cost extra but I liked that Jensen would not take the chance of runing my stuff . Most imporantly, they were upfront about the cost possbily running higher depending on what I got accomplished.\r

Moving day came and everything went really well. The men were courteous and really helpful. I saw them take good care of my furniture.\r

I had heard so may moving stories and this company showed me that there are still honest and kind companies in the world. One item was damaged and they took care of it. I would recommend them highly,\r
I found the previous review interesting because they admit that they had an excellent experience except for the money. I dont think that review did this company justice. Heck, they even sent me a letter reviewing my costs and just like the estimator told me--reminded me that the estimate would vary depending on what I had them to on moving day.\r

I am in the customer service business. Could not let this good experience go without giving them their kudos.
