/Rory was on time, polite and thorough. We were concerned about the ducts in the attic for 2 rooms that seem too warm in summer and too cold in winter. He visually inspected the area then explained how things were connected during construction of this house. He offered several ways to re-mediate this problem. He was able to compare "general" cost and durability of each product. He was NOT 'pushy'. Left us with a job well done.
