A stranger off the street, I called because my 5 year old Chi had lost use of his back legs. These folks took us quickly with minimum wait and gave us factual concise information and honest non-judgmental options. In the end we had made the choice to put him down but never felt like we were looked down on and the procedure was done lovingly and efficiently.
