Michael did an outstanding job fixing the pipe break. First - I really like that S&D sends an email letting you see a picture of the technician that will be arriving. Michael identified himself with a business card and we were good to go. He communicated everything clearly as far as what he would be doing to fix the break, gave me a price quote and then got to work. He kept me up-to-date with everything he was doing, the kind of fix he was making, what pipe he was using, etc. He suggested ways to prevent future breaks and offered to give me a price quote on installing better flexible pipe to eliminate future issues. I was very appreciative of that. Michael also did an inspection of all our plumbing after explaining the cost/service. He provided a detailed overview and suggestions for future changes. He was not "high pressure" at all. I appreciated that Michael understood my husband was out of town and I was kind of freaked out with the whole pipe break thing ... very understanding. I have recommended S&D Plumbing in the past. Now I will tell my friends to ask for Michael as their service technician. Thanks, S&D Plumbing for your thoroughness and excellent customer service.
