Debbie was great about setting up a Saturday afternoon appt. Dustin was very polite, indicated some issues regarding our leaky dishwasher he didn't think could be repaired. I asked him to provide specific info in writing since we had recently moved into a home covered by a ""homeowners"" warranty and I explained how it works. I later discovered he simply wrote ""see appliance dealer"", which does not work for a home warranty only an ""appliance"" warranty. I was told when setting the appt there was no charge to come out to look, then an estimate for repair would be presented and priced. I was charged for the call and there was no repair.
