I could not give it less than one star. I sent a bouquet to my mom for Mother's Day and it was awful. I apologized to my mom and started crying because it looked so bad and I was so embarrassed. My mom loves flowers and is always happy with whatever we get her and even she said I should call in to complain. I will never get flowers or anything else through Konrardy. I even called to complain and they blamed it all on me and said I wasn't clear enough about what I wanted (I had picked the bouquet from the pictures they had so it wasn't like I picked out each individual flower). Definitely the worst flower arrangement and experience I have ever had with a business and would not recommend them to anyone.
