I could not give it less than one star. I sent a bouquet to my mom for Mother's Day and it was awful. I apologized to my mom and started crying because it looked so bad and I was so embarrassed. My mom loves flowers and is always happy with whatever we get her and even she said I should call in to complain. I will never get flowers or anything else through Konrardy. I even called to complain and they blamed it all on me and said I wasn't clear enough about what I wanted (I had picked the bouquet from the pictures they had so it wasn't like I picked out each individual flower). Definitely the worst flower arrangement and experience I have ever had with a business and would not recommend them to anyone. more

Loosing my mother last fall was a shock, Konrardy Florist made the process so easy and helped me choose flowers so beautiful they were everything she would have loved. Thank you so much for your caring and professional touch. The flowers were better than we could have imagined! more

Konrardy's: save your money, go somewhere else. 3/3/2009

My wedding flowers were completely wrong. Wrong color. Wrong type of flower.When Konrardy's was confronted, they told me that I was given what I had asked for and I was basically lying. more

Used for years from near and afar 6/3/2008

I grew up in Dyersville, and have since jumped around the country and the world. Dealing from near and afar, I have always been 100% satisfied in every way. Long before the internet age, they were taking my orders from Japan over the phone and were courteous enough to bill me and/or send out my time sensitive orders before a check could make it to them! more
