I was a party to a real estate transaction in which Abby (the woman behind the company) was representing the sellers and I was the buyer. Though I can't speak directly about what it is like to have Abby as a listing agent, I can share my perspective as a buyer.
My purchase of Abby's client's house was contingent on the sale of a house that my wife and I were in the process of remodeling. In order to facilitate the successful sale of our house, Abby consulted extensively with us to help us put on the "right" finishing touches. She even went so far as to loan us furniture and art work for the staging of our home--truly above and beyond the call of duty.
In addition to assistance with our property, Abby also went out of her way to help us get acclimated in our new neighborhood by introducing us to our soont-to-be new neighbors.
All in all, the experience of buying a home from Abby was excellent. I'm sure her clients must be very pleased to know that their agent is going so far ou
