Have you ever wondered why a company has great reviews online however their services or your personal experience with the company does not match what the reviews said? Montway Auto is a perfect example of this.\r

Montway Auto claims many things on their website including: “100% Money-Back Guarantee” and “Customers Love Montway”. Unfortunately these are not accurate statements. \r

“100% Money-Back Guarantee”\r
Their 100% money-back guarantee only applies to their broker fee which is generally 20% of the total amount paid to transport your cargo. If there’s an issue they will only refund their broker fee, not 100% of the money you paid to transport the cargo. \r

“Customers Love Montway” \r
In order for you to receive a partial refund you must sign a release of claims, listed below. Prior to receiving a refund you must update all negative reviews to 5 Stars or remove negative reviews all together. THIS IS WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS! \r
