Jack was the tech that handled my request, discolored water on the hot water side of my plumbing system. He arrived earlier than expected and greeted me with his introduction and a smile. He began to explain what he would be doing to correct the problem. He handled the work in a short time and explained to me what other things inside the heater could be causing my problem. After several flushes of the water heater it seemed to clear up my problem. Jack was very professional and knowledgeable and took time out to explain other things that might be the problem if this problem returned and advised me before leaving to call if this resurfaces again. I would definitely recommend Five Star Plumbing for future plumbing problems.
