I called SW because of a $69 off coupon I got in the mail. Steve P from southwest plumbing and his excellent helper did a good job for me. They snaked out my kitchen line and stayed to the quoted price of $200. (after coupon). There was no charge for an estimate and it was not hourly. I had serious root problems in my drainage. They were clean, intelligent, uniformed, on time, and friendly. Steve had a diagram on his iphone of all the plumbing on my street in advance. I am going to ask for Steve P and his helper again next time if I ever need. I am a happy customer.
