We live in Parkland, Washington. I had a problem with my sewer line. Another company told me I had to remove my own toilet so that they can run a snake with a camera in it to detected the problem. When I ask ""Why I would have to do this he told me he was not a certified plumber."" Southwest said instead of taking off the toilet they would go down the vent. Rick is a certified plumber. Him and my crew were great. They kept me inform through the whole process. Showed me the busted up pipe in the ground and left the grounds just like before. Really it was better than before because they put the ground back without the weeds. \r
I would definitely call them when I am in need again.\r
