Serviceman came over same day (within 30 min thanks to a cancelled apt), diagnosed the problem. Explained what the issue was to me and fixed it along with a secondary problem. He was very professional, courteous and positive and even removed his shoes to keep the carpet clean. He was done in about 1.5 hours including running to get a part and returning. The entire process was fast and the price was reasonable. HVAC problems are always bad but with service this fast it was fairly painless. I would highly recommend Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning.
