The owner Chris and his crew stand by their work. I had a coil for A/C unit replaced and installed by them. After a few weeks, the A/C unit stopped working. I called them and they came right away and fixed the problem without charging me. I also requested they would make a follow up visit two weeks after that to make sure that indeed the problem had been fixed and no more freeon was leaking, which they did. more

Air Care service was great 11/8/2016

Serviceman came over same day (within 30 min thanks to a cancelled apt), diagnosed the problem. Explained what the issue was to me and fixed it along with a secondary problem. He was very professional, courteous and positive and even removed his shoes to keep the carpet clean. He was done in about 1.5 hours including running to get a part and returning. The entire process was fast and the price was reasonable. HVAC problems are always bad but with service this fast it was fairly painless. I would highly recommend Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. more
