I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Tren (HVAC) for his outstanding customer service and personality. He has been our AC Technician for the last two years or so. Tren's been dedicated to getting to the root of our AC issues (including bad odor issues before bringing a new baby home, AC wires chewed by an animal, understanding our UV light equipment, etc) and we remain customers of Berkeys because of Tren! We make sure to request him for every tune-up at our home because we enjoy seeing him biannually and we appreciate his high level of customer service! Everything from the appointment setup to work completed was simply fabulous. I thought after Corey completed the inspection and recommendation to replace the kitchen faucet. I purchased a new faucet and called to schedule Corey to do the installation. Expecting it to be a few days or even weeks to schedule an appointment - imagine my surprise to hear, ""What time??tomorrow??works for you?"" Corey was on time, worked efficiently and was just provided an overall delightful experience.?? more

Customer service is excellent, a real plus for me. Smoke detectors were going on and off..... Berkeys was able to send a technician that was between jobs. Doug and Fernando arrived and assessed the problem immediately. Little did I know that smoke detector monitor batteries had to be replaced all at one time, and also drained before replacing with the new battery. Also, I was informed that we should probably replace the smoke detectors in a year. Doug informed me that there was a bad smoke detector in the loft and that if the alarms go off again, I should disconnect that one and it should solve the problem temporarily. These techs were friendly, courteous, and professional, as well as educating me about the problem. How lucky that I have BAM since this inspection was covered, as well as all the batteries replaced. I will be calling Berkeys to have the loft smoke detector replaced since the alarms went off again(due to Doug's instruction, I disconnected the one in the loft, and it's been quiet ever since, saving my sanity). Thank you, Berkeys, for your excellent customer service and your fantastic techs! So glad you added electrical maintenance!?? more

We have used Berkeys for our plumbing and A/C, heating needs for 10 years and have always experienced friendly knowledgable technicians who did a great job for whatever our service call was requested.
