From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the follow up call to see how the technician did; I was extremely impressed! The staff on the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly! My technician was super knowledgeable! And trust me... He needed to be for my problem... It was tough to diagnose but he was patient and thorough... He walked me through each step he was taking and what needing repair... He was so thorough he even found a nail that was in my car tire! I would recommend him and Berkeys to anyone!
