I know it is sometimes hard to get a walk-in apt. at any vet, but when animals get sick the Vet should make exceptions. I took my tiny 2 month old puppy in early in the morning (I was the first and ONLY client there) because I knew he was sick and they turned me away, saying they could get me in later on in the week! I could not believe that they were saying this too me! They told me that there was NO way anyway that anyone in the area would take me and help my puppy. I left right away and drove about 1 mile to Bethany Animal and they put me in a room right away! I will never go back to Prairie, they did not even care about my sick puppy!
