Spoke with Rick - needed to keep the car to see whether problem could be replicated - was able to do so and determined that the module in the fuel pump had to be replaced - work was done - received prompt and courteous service - cost on the high side since the gas tank needed to be dropped - POOR DESIGN by Ford Motor!!!!!!!! on the 2001 Ford Taurus
