Scheduled oil change - on a Monday 9/28/2016

I called on a Friday to schedule a while you wait oil change for my wife Monday morning. They were able to get her in and done in short order. They also fixed a squealing belt. Another positive experience for us. more

I won't take my car anywhere else. I live brighton auto. The two men that runs the shop have always been very nice to me and very honest considering I don't have much knowledge of automobiles. Thanks you guys ! more

I've been taking my vehicles for service and repair to Brighton Auto for over a decade. I drive in from Novi, even though there are several other auto repair places nearby, because they're honest, reliable and friendly. Other places have given me pricey repair estimates, only to find out from the good folks at Brighton Auto that most of the work doesn't need to be done after all! I won't go anywhere else! more

Car stalling/not starting 8/13/2016

Spoke with Rick - needed to keep the car to see whether problem could be replicated - was able to do so and determined that the module in the fuel pump had to be replaced - work was done - received prompt and courteous service - cost on the high side since the gas tank needed to be dropped - POOR DESIGN by Ford Motor!!!!!!!! on the 2001 Ford Taurus more
