They fixed the men and women's bathroom in our restaurant and they were able to fix the problem, but it was way too expensive. They changed out the flushed water and they were friendly, but I can't recommend them because of the price. We will probably use another company next time to get a better deal.

I hate to hear that you were dissatisfied with the price that was quoted to you prior to beginning any work. Benjamin Franklin's policy is up front pricing. We inform our customers of our price before completing any work so that there are not any surprises and the end. We do understand that our prices tend to be higher than many other plumbing company's. However, our warranties can not be beat in the entire East Texas Area.
