Professional, friendly and most of all, competent 2/1/2017

Things I appreciated: He showed up in a clean truck, wearing a uniform - shirt tucked in, no mustard in his beard, or any of that. He put on booties before entering my home. Intelligent guy with a professional and friendly demeanor. He quickly pinpointed the issue and fixed it. Now, finally, we have decent water pressure in my house! If I'm being totally honest (and I am), I felt the part he used was WAY overpriced. But I appreciate that he was upfront with me about all prices beforehand. I wasn't hit with any surprises come bill time. more

Fast response and quick repair 1/27/2017

After my wife had me check under the sink, I found most drink lines clogged up. I cleaned these out the best I could. Both bathrooms drained fine so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked if they could fix it tomorrow. They came early next morning and cleaned out the kitchen area drain line going to the street sewer. Quick response and good results..! more

They were prompt they were very nice they explain to me everything he was going to do. They were efficient and they clean up their mess I would recommend them to anyone. I actually found them on Facebook by asking people who was the most reasonable and honest plumbers. And everybody was correct they are honest and good plumbers more

Dependable and Prompt 1/10/2017

I like the people over at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler because they are very dependable. Whenever I need them I give them a call and they are prompt to both respond to my call and also get someone out to my home. Every person that they have sent out really knows what they are doing and they get the job done in a very timely and efficient manner. They are very polite and courteous as well which is a nice plus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber. more

Repair of bathroom sink 1/6/2017

My husband and I were so impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Milton Guevara who came to our home to repair a problem that was supposedly fixed by another plumber a few days earlier. He worked tirelessly to make sure that the job was completed correctly even though it was after hours. We will definitely refer him to our friends and family and will request him if any other work is needed. more

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing changed drain plug in my bathtub and put in a new faucet on because the switch wouldn't work. The worker showed up on time. Clean and polite. Did what needed to be done and stuck to the estimate. more

Very professional and easy to work with 1/4/2017

The people over at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler re-did all of the plumbing in our house, and I mean all of it. They were really professional and very easy to work with. Throughout the entire time of them doing all of the plumbing in our house they did an excellent job of staying out of my way. They were really good at getting their work done without really disturbing my day to day which I really appreciated. If there were ever any problems they would come right back out to correct them. I never had any big issues and this whole thing was just a very positive experience. more

Fixed the water main from the meter to the house. Did a good job! Took a lot of digging but he stayed with it and finished the job! more
