Review content:
I rented a brand new home from these people but the home had been vacant for several months. Upon move in the place was dirty the bathrooms with no running water had been used SEVERAL TIMES. They offered no cleaning or credit. Paid my rent with online bill pay and was constantly being served "late notices", they just had not checked their mail on a timely manner. Backyard was to be landscaped within 60 days of move in, took them 6 months. Move out was horrible, they charged me for paint, carpets, oven, drip pans, trash, doors, all kinds of fictitious things. I had done several improvements to the property such as window treatments, soft water system through out the house, etc, and they dinged me with about $1,000 worth of damages on top of the $1200 deposit I paid. These people are shady, just look at their offices, on top of a smoke store and that should have been my first clue to rent from someone else. I didn't want to give the one star but had to, wish it gave negative stars!
