My wife called this taxi company on 1-14-09 @ 3:00pm along with several others to see if we could make reservations for a 6:15pm pickup on the same day. Spokane cab was the only company to offer reservations so she booked a cab for 6:15pm to pick us up near 39th Avenue & Grand Blvd. to take us to 218 North Howard downtown. At 6:25 the cab had not shown up so we called to see where it was and were told that we were second in line and a car would be there shortly. At 6:36 the driver called us and said he was on Freya and would arrive in 10 minutes. At 6:50pm we decided to drive ourselves to the restaurant. \r

Apparently Spokane Cab did not need my business that bad. I suggest you only use their service if you do not need to be anywhere at a specified time. I could have walked to my destination in the 35 minutes I spent waiting for them. Roads were clean and bare at the time with no rain, snow or fog in the area. A letter of complaint was sent to their business address.\r
