Worst service ever. On election night, called waited forty five minutes, called back and was told ""the driver couldn't find you, and he tried calling your cell."" Right. No one called my cell. No missed calls in log. Then I was told cab was on the way. Then an hour later I called again, and I was told, ""you are the next in line."" Over forty five minutes AFTER THAT, the cab showed up. Right again. Doesn't take half an hour to drive the width of the county. What did it for me was not so much the delay, but that the dispatcher kept lying to me, as if I were an idiot. Never again. Too bad; the drivers were nice. Problem was the jerks at dispatch. The result was the same, unfortunately. more

i called for a 55 dollar far and the blew me off then i called city cab and they offerd me crack wtf! more

Last week while my husband was using our only car, our new lab puppy started choking and was having trouble breathing. Rob didn't answer his phone. I called Chris's Taxi. (It had lots of 5-star reviews) and I told him it was an emergency. He got here right away. He made me feel better on the way to the vet - told me all the stuff his dogs had swallowed...and survived. Our puppy, Korn Dog, is OK. Chris, thanks for everything. more

I had car trouble on the way to Spokane. Called AAA to deal with the car. Read reviews for Chris's Taxi and called him. Great service. Met up with friends and had a great day. more

Words cannot adequately express how Chris went above and beyond to help our blind 19 yr old daughter on her first bus trip to Spokane. He arranged to have her picked up right where she got off the bus and delivered her safely to her friend’s apt. But on the return trip, when her bus was delayed 6 ½ hrs, he worked with me to keep her safe. When he finally delivered her back to the bus station, he stayed with her and made sure she got on the right bus. He treated her like she was his own child. What an angel!! I highly recommend Chris’ Taxi Service. more

Chris was great - good area info. We reserved a pick-up time for the next day to attend Spokane Symphony at the Fox. Chris was on-time and dropped us off with no hassles. more

I'm happy to recommend Chris's Taxi Service. My 71 year-old mom has been a customer of Chris's since she stopped driving 3 years ago. Chris has been dependable and kind. I visit from Ellensburg, WA about once a month and she never fails to say something nice about him. Thanks Chris! more

I flew into Spokane for my buddy's wedding and he had given me the wrong address for his new place. My cab driver, Chris, found the place and didn't take advantage of the fare. Made me laugh. My friends bachelor party better be awesome. more

My daughter took a cab ride from Gonzaga University to Spokane International Airport today. Once inside the airport, she realized she had left her phone in the cab. Immediately, she called Spokane Cab who was able to locate her driver and her cell phone. Her cab driver returned to the airport in rush hour traffic, met her curbside, and returned the cell phone. My daughter was able to make her scheduled 5:15pm flight to L.A. Kudos to Spokane Cab and the courteous caring people of Spokane. more

I am over 70 years old and have used Spokane Cab service for the past 5 years. The service is friendly, honest, and no long waiting. I'm grateful to have found a dependable cab service and highly recommend them. P.S. My grandson put this in the computer for me. Pros: Great Service! more

My wife called this taxi company on 1-14-09 @ 3:00pm along with several others to see if we could make reservations for a 6:15pm pickup on the same day. Spokane cab was the only company to offer reservations so she booked a cab for 6:15pm to pick us up near 39th Avenue & Grand Blvd. to take us to 218 North Howard downtown. At 6:25 the cab had not shown up so we called to see where it was and were told that we were second in line and a car would be there shortly. At 6:36 the driver called us and said he was on Freya and would arrive in 10 minutes. At 6:50pm we decided to drive ourselves to the restaurant. \r \r Apparently Spokane Cab did not need my business that bad. I suggest you only use their service if you do not need to be anywhere at a specified time. I could have walked to my destination in the 35 minutes I spent waiting for them. Roads were clean and bare at the time with no rain, snow or fog in the area. A letter of complaint was sent to their business address.\r \r Bill Cons: After waiting 35 minutes for pickup we drove ourselves so their were no ""pros"". more
