On a Saturday morning we had what to us was a plumbing disaster. All drains and toilets were gurgling and backing up. We have a home warranty company and immediately called them. To our extreme disappointment, the servicer they chose first said they would not be out until the following day, then later stated they ?did not handle? our type of problem. At the suggestion of a relative, we called Roto-Rooter. They not only said they would be out that day, but said it would be in a couple of hours. When it was about10 minutes before the couple of hours was up, they gave us the courtesy of a call to say they would be a littler later, but reassured us they would be there. This is a courtesy few companies employ these days, they just let you sit and wonder. Shawn arrived, and the courtesy and professionalism just increased. He gave us a price up front, did the job which included digging a hole, and put things back exactly like he found them, including filling the hole and restoring my flower bed. I am so satisfied with the work and service that I may cancel the plumbing section of my warranty policy and make Roto-Rooter my ?go to plumber?. You cannot go wrong with up front pricing, emergency service at no extra charge, common courtesy and true professionalism.
