On Saturday 4/18/2015, the alternator went out on my car around noon I live in Antioch but work in Fairfield. I called the local dealer and a local independent repair shop. Neither one of these places had the alternator to do the repairs that day. The best possible date from either of them was Monday. I called a couple local parts stores and neither one of them had the alternator in stock as well. I had given up hope of having my car repaired until Monday and was working on a way to get home. I decided to make one more call and I am so glad that I did. Matt had me tow my car over to his shop. Not only did he do an excellent job repairing my car the same day. He pricing was fair and very reasonable. The dealer was almost $800, the other shop was almost $600. Matt charged me $434 and checked and recharged my a/c for free. Matt's customer service skills and knowledge blew me away.
