The wait was longer than I expected but well worth it. Everyone is kind and personable. Tori and Lacey really know their jobs and have no difficulty helping me understand my situation. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Bates as my dentist. She is the ultimate Dental professional but has sympathy and understanding for her patients and a great personality to boot! I haven't had the recommended work done yet, but if my first experience with this office and staff is any indication, I am a very lucky guy.
