The wait was longer than I expected but well worth it. Everyone is kind and personable. Tori and Lacey really know their jobs and have no difficulty helping me understand my situation. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Bates as my dentist. She is the ultimate Dental professional but has sympathy and understanding for her patients and a great personality to boot! I haven't had the recommended work done yet, but if my first experience with this office and staff is any indication, I am a very lucky guy. more

I can honestly say I was surprised by the Excellent service I received tut oday at Aspen Dental near Tri County! The entire staff Lacey*PSR, Gina*DA and Dr Patel made sure to show my 4 year old son Red Carpet Treatment. Kenyon was so afraid but after Dr Patel made him feel comfortable he was at ease about his first examination!!! My whole family will definitely be back. I've never been more at ease going to the dentist. The whole staff is friendly. Dr. Patel and the assistants, Julie and AJ did excellent work on my fillings. During one visit, Dr. Patel discovered I didn't really need work done on a couple teeth as previously thought, so he saved me quite a bit of money by checking before drilling away. He is also quite a perfectionist, and made sure everything looked as good as possible before ending the visits. My front teeth look just about as good as they would if I had gotten veneers instead of just fillings. I was expecting to spend at least twice as much on the work I had done (I had my teeth whitened as well, which they did a great job on.) Financing will really hound your insurance company if they need to to get coverage amounts before you have any work done. They also found savings deals for me that cut $100 or so on what my insurance wouldn't cover. I honestly have no complaints and will continue to visit here for all future dental needs. more
