Review content:
I had initially scheduled a service appointment because one of our AC units wouldn't turn on. However we finally realized that the AC switch in the attic had been turned off. At that point I called to change the appointment to having the furnace units checked out before the first cold front. German was very thorough in checking out both units and thankfully explained to me that both systems were working fine. He also made a suggestion to install float switches to prevent future leaks. I am very pleased with the service.
