Went in for oil change and to check wear on brakes and said the wait would be 30 minutes - over an hour later they said it would be another 10 minutes and NEVER apologized for the delay. \r

Said brake pads AND rotors were worn. Pads I expected, but had rotors checked 3 months prior and were barely worn. They showed me them, thinking I didn't know anything about cars, and I noticed they were NOT worn thin, nor groved AT ALL. Asked for caliper and specs to verify their findings and was refused. They quoted me nearly $600 for the job and when I said I would think about it and needed to get other estimates, the man was very rude to me. \r

I cashed in a favor with my brother, who did the job at home in 2.5 hours and for $35. My dad has a caliper, got the specs on the rotors and found the rotors were not even .01 worn. \r

They saw a girl wearing pink and thought they would take advantage. I think not. \r
