Is it hit or miss depending on who does the job? \r
I've been taking our cars to Tires Plus/ Entire Car Care for over 15 years. I am 99% satisfied. In all those years with 4 different cars there were only 2 minor things I didn't like: once an ignition wire wasn't properly seated, once a (new) technician didn't care to check what type of fluid was required to top of the transmission fluid.\r

However, they went way beyond the normal in diagnosing a problem. It took significant man hours and they didn't charge me for them. \r
However, I never found little fasteners loose or missing after repairs as it happened with so many other shops.\r
However, they never failed to remind me to come for a re-torque after the alloy wheels were off.\r
They called me when something came up, they called me when the car was done, they offered me rides to work when I left the car with them. They suggested to wait a month for new tires to take advantage of a promotion.\r
With me they were friendly and honest. I c
