I want to respond to the post that was made by Maxine L. We remember when you came in and yes we did refuse to help with your flat tire, but what you failed to mention that we told you that we could not help you due to the fact that we had frozen pipes at that moment and was dealing with that situation. So in a way we were not open for Tire repair services for the fact that we had a emergency of our own going on at that time. We do apologize for not being available to assist you. But as I am sure you can understand that situations do come up.
