We live nearby and have bought a few tires here and had rotations regularly, all good experiences (although pricey). My husband dropped the car off for a rotation today (free) and when I went to pick it up they recommended an alignment inspection because the tires were worn unevenly. I left it for a "free" inspection and when my husband went to pick it up this evening they had done the alignment and charged him much more than we have been charged elsewhere. When I called to complain because I had not been quoted a price and had not signed anything authorizing the work, I got the standard "Oh, there was a miscommunication and I stepped out when the inspection was being done so the mechanic thought he was supposed to do the work." Very unprofessional, especially since we are regular customers, and I will sadly not be going there again even though it is so conveniently located for us.
