love the honesty this is a place i will send everyone i know. The people will do whats needed to get the job right. i brought my Ranger in for brakes only had money to get the basic pads installed. i was advised to turn the rotors because it may make noise, but i just did not have the money. when i picked up the truck i was again advised about turning the rotors. the real shocking moment was when the manager said they went ahead and did it for free because they did not want it to make noise. WOW they were so great just wanted to do the job righ the first time. thx Wheel Works more

Generally good experiences, but got scammed 8/23/2009

We live nearby and have bought a few tires here and had rotations regularly, all good experiences (although pricey). My husband dropped the car off for a rotation today (free) and when I went to pick it up they recommended an alignment inspection because the tires were worn unevenly. I left it for a "free" inspection and when my husband went to pick it up this evening they had done the alignment and charged him much more than we have been charged elsewhere. When I called to complain because I had not been quoted a price and had not signed anything authorizing the work, I got the standard "Oh, there was a miscommunication and I stepped out when the inspection was being done so the mechanic thought he was supposed to do the work." Very unprofessional, especially since we are regular customers, and I will sadly not be going there again even though it is so conveniently located for us. more

Very professional and Excellent Service 6/26/2009

I have had the best experiences with these guys. This Wheelworks in particular not only has good tire deals, they have great mechanics too. I stopped taking my German cars to dealers. The mechanics (and the management) know inside and out of American , "and" Foreign cars. I know a bit about cars too and the work they did on my cars have been excellent. When one of my dealers told me that I needed a pretty expensive repair ( with expensive parts), I took it to Wheelworks and they actually called back and told me repairs that I did "not" need and fixed the complex issue with a fraction of the dealer quote. That struts fix has been good for several years now. I trusted them since then. The managers Mike, Jeff are extremely professional, very polite and make sure the work is done good, it gets done quickly too. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with these guys. I never went wrong with the tires these guys gave me for my cars all these years, I did a lot of research on the net more

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD 3/17/2009

First of all, these people will tell you anything to get you in to buy or repair. once you're there, its another story and they hand you off to someone else, rather then themselves who you spoke to in the first place, so they don't have to answer their lies. I went there with a baby and was told they would give me a deal on 4 brand new tires which they changed as soon as I got there, then they said that it will be done in an hour in a half, only to make me wait 4 hours till 8:00 pm with a baby. I left for the first two hours, only to come back and see they hadn't worked on my car at all and were working on cars that came after me. I was also quoted less than what I paid and my quote disappeared out of my car as I left it in there. I was suppose to get free windshield wipers for buying 4 brand new tires and since they feel they gave me a discount, I didn't receive the free windshield wipers. there was no thank you for your business, no apology for taking so long, when I had a baby that more

Good for Women 7/20/2006

My partner and I have happily purchased tires from here. Though they were on the expensive side ($600 for a complete set of four), they have a 100,000 mile warranty and come with free 5K mile rotations.\r \r Unfortunately, they do no take reservations. It's first come first serve but I have found that if I show up right when they open during the week I don't have to wait so long.\r \r As a woman, I highly recommend this place. I ever so slightly shredded one of the tires against a curb and I went to see them about it. Since I don't know the first thing about tires, they could have told me that it needed to be replaced but being the good guys they are, they told me it was still completely safe to drive and gave me instructions on when I know a tire is damaged and I shouldn't be driving. more
