I highly recommend looking around before choosing Chelsea Mini Storage. My wife and I stored there for ten years until their management began to unravel. Every time we filled out the monthly auto pay forms, the paperwork would mysteriously go missing and they would hit us with hundreds of dollars of late fees. When we questioned what was going on, the manager was rude, threatening and repeatedly denied that we ever fill out the paperwork in the first place. I understand the occasional slip-up, but the pattern became clearly predatory.
