Do you know that when you leave a dog/cat overnight at a veterinarian’s office to be observed after surgery that they are often not observed at all. My dog was ALL alone for 11.5 hours after surgery in a kennel and without food, being let out to go to the bathroom or any followup pain medication! The next morning it was discovered that he had developed a high fever. How long did he have that fever? The vet admitted that he had overheated. A few hours later he DIED. He was 4 years old! How can you leave a pet with NO supervision after a surgery when complications are likely to arise? My heart is absolutely broken thinking how miserable that my BELOVED dog was the last day of his life thanks to the irresponsibility of El Paso Animal Clinic in Derby, KS\r

El Paso also should have called me when they found my dog with a fever. Instead I called and asked if I could come pick up my dog and they said 'Yes, he is ready to go home' with no indication that anything had been wrong. I took
