Review content:
I hired Creative Building & Remolding to completely redo my master bathroom. During the installation their contractor assured my husband and me on separate occasions that the floor would be level. When the bathroom was completed the floor and toilet were NOT level. We reported it to the owner and sent him pictures. The owner said it would require extra work and expense; the installer NEVER said this.\r
The owner did not offer any remedy until I filed a complaint with the BBB; even then he would not guarantee it would be level. \r
I promised to UPDATE my online reviews, but he rescinded his offer when I refused to REMOVE my online reviews.\r
I thought level was a basic standard of quality craftsmanship.
