Codi came out for my annual inspection on Sept. 1. As all your technicians are, he was very professional and courteous. Everything looked good which was no surprise since it was all work done by MCP. He did have two recommendations for safety upgrades on original equipment, one for an earthquake emergency shut off valve on the gas meter, and the other to change the shut off valve on the furnace to quarter turn. While Codi was here I asked him to tighten my 10 year old kitchen faucet (not installed by MCP). I then scheduled a follow up appointment for the following week to take care of the two recommendations and install a new kitchen faucet. I opted for Codi to pick out the new faucet because that way I knew it would be the best for the price package we were going with rather than me trying to pick one. On the follow up appointment on the 7th Henry came out to do the work for the recommendations and install the new faucet. Henry is also very professional and courteous and I am extremely pleased with his work as I always am with all your technicians. And very happy with the faucet that Codi picked out. I did ask for Henry to come out again this morning (the 12th) to adjust the hot & cold swing on the faucet handle but this was mainly due to the design of this particular faucet and in no way a reflection on the way he installed it. Henry gladly came out and It only took him a few minutes and it was adjusted perfectly. I highly recommend MCP to take care of all plumbing needs.
